What is Standard Shipping?
Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option, we will use Canada Post to ship your package. We will make this determination based on speed and cost-effectiveness.

All CPAPs are shipped FREE across Canada.

Orders over CAD $150 automatically receive Free shipping across Canada.

For orders under $150 CAD, a standard shipping fee applies of $15.00.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders placed before 2 pm EST/EDT Monday through Friday will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Customers with orders that will take longer to ship will be informed via email or telephone. We make every effort to ship our packages as soon as the order is received, but certain items may take longer. You will be notified as soon as your order ships via email. We will include any tracking information available.
Please note: While a medical prescription is no longer required to purchase a CPAP machine or mask on our website, it remains highly recommended. If you have a prescription, you can promptly send it to info@roiducpap.com with your order number to help us optimize your device settings.
Your package will be shipped from our warehouse in Quebec or our warehouse on the West Coast. There are no customs fees due to the product being shipped within Canada.
