Return Policy

At The CPAP King, all sales are final. Due to the medical and hygienic nature of CPAP equipment, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless an error was made on our part (e.g., if we shipped the wrong item).

In the rare event that we make a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately via email to arrange for a correction and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

If you are unsure of the right product or size, we can help before you buy. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@roiducpap.com if you are not sure about the items that you need before placing your order. Our customer service department is extremely knowledgeable in CPAP therapy and will be glad to answer any questions that you may have regarding sizing or product compatibility.

On the rare occasion that a product is received with a manufacturer's defect, please email us within 24 hours of receipt so we can determine the appropriate steps to take. We will respond to your inquiry on the next business day.

 

Please note that the above policy also includes all CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines. A CPAP, BiPAP or APAP machine is considered opened if any hours are placed on the machine, and it is subject to the same return policy stated above. Most CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines come with a manufacturer 2 year warranty for manufacturer defects. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty. All warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer.

 

Manufacturer Warranties

CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines carry a manufacturer warranty. If your machine malfunctions, email us at info@roiducpap.com to verify the machine is still under warranty. If so, we will arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Warranty claim decisions are solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office. Repair or replacement of the broken machine can take up to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Rental machines may be available to be used during this time if needed; please contact our customer service via email for details on rental machines.

Manufacturers do not warranty against misuse or water damage. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, you will have a choice to have it returned to you at no cost, have the machine repaired by the manufacturer (repair costs will be communicated and collected before machine is repaired), or purchase a new machine at current prices displayed on the website.
